Description

Fremont Football and Cheer has been the Bay Area’s premier league for over 50 years. Located in Fremont, California, we are a “Competitive-Instructional” league for youth players and cheerleaders. We teach the fundamentals of football and cheerleading to youth players, in preparation for playing and cheering at next level and beyond.  

We have produced many High School, College and Professional athletes during our 55 years supporting Bay Area youth.   We provide programs for Tackle Football, Flag Football, Sideline Cheerleading and Competitive Cheerleading, available for all Bay Area youth, ages 7 to 15.
