Fremont Football and Cheer has been the Bay Area’s premier league for over 50 years. Located in Fremont, California, we are a “Competitive-Instructional” league for youth players and cheerleaders. We teach the fundamentals of football and cheerleading, through high quality instuction and competition. We have produced many High School, College and Professional athletes during our 50+ years of instructing Bay Area youth.  We have programs for Tackle Football, Flag Football (in partnership with the City of Fremont) and Cheerleading. Programs are available for all Bay Area youth, ages 6 to 15.
