Banter Bookshop is excited to be a part of the new Downtown Fremont. Banter Bookshop will carry a curated selection of new books and gifts, and plans to host events to foster community for all readers.

The store was born out of a desire by its owner, long-time Fremont resident Amy Holmes Davis, to have a local independent bookshop where Fremont residents and beyond can browse the latest selection of new releases, chat with a bookseller or fellow patron, purchase a gift for a friend, or spark a child's interest in literature.

Banter Bookshop carries books across all genres and ages: fiction, nonfiction, business, travel, cookbooks, young adult, and children’s books. We hope your love of reading and community will inspire you to stop by.
