Description

How does your board function? What is strong and what is missing? How do you choose, manage, and evaluate your board members? The board is legally and functionally responsible for everything in the organization, yet many board members do not understand their roles and responsibilities. Valuable for current and potential board members, as well as business people interested in serving on a nonprofit board.

Registration should be completed no later than the day before the class meeting.

The course will be conducted online on Zoom.

Zoom links will be sent within two days of the class meeting.

Bob Reich, Executive Consultant with Brainstorm Bob Consulting, brings over 30 years of professional experience to his classes, including all aspects of nonprofit organizational management, boards, strategic planning, 501© (3) applications, and related areas for non-profit, academic, and municipal organizations, and taught multiple university and professional classes on multiple aspects of nonprofit management. He has served on numerous boards and worked with multiple boards as staff.
